Am hoping some nice local folks can help me out here. Am wondering if the Skip Bridge Layby on the A59 York Road is back open yet as am looking for somewhere to park tonight, or is it still being used as a thru road as about a fortnight ago they were doing roadworks on the eastbound side of the road.
