any air bnb swingers out there

I have just started letting my holiday home in Dorset on Airbnb, and often wonder if people come to stay just to explore the Fab scene in my area, I wouldn't be adverse to helping a lady or couple out with some fun during their stay, but sorry I'm not your guy if you are looking for bareback only. |

It's like an online letting agent, private homeowners can advertise their properties for (verified) members of the public to rent for 1+ nights. It's good because you can get a whole property for only a little more than a hotel room would be...without the awkwardness of passing hotel receptionists? |

I have met in a couple of Airbnb flats / but often the access to the flat - isn’t easy and unless you know the area - if your fab friend is visiting and gets lost - all of that worries me |

Friends of mine rent 4+ bed homes on Airbnb to host monthly parties over a weekend in London.
So far they've had 5 parties and I’ve been to 2 of them. The houses are always left exactly as they were when they collected the keys. Everyone at the party is vetted, security is employed to ensure no undesirables get in and there’s a DJ playing moderately until 3am.
There’s a different theme each time and people are able to crash over if prearranged.
Lots of fun and everyone leaves happy. Good reviews left and received from the owners. |

We have often rented a room so the owner is still there.
Have a 2 bed apartment booked in a few weeks, but what ever we get up to, we would be respectful of the person's home.

I think the thread is trying to establish airb’n’b owners who ARE members of fab and so would’nt Be averse for their properties being used for meets
I don’t thing non swingers would be happy for their spare room being used for orgies!!! |

True. The only thing I would worry about if your renting out your room know that activity is going on, surly they would want to be involved. |

Your usual tenants could very well be doing that anyway. You have no idea what a tenant does with their sex life in your property. Nor do landlords have any right to know.
Same goes for a bunch of holiday makers renting an air b&b. |

Your usual tenants could very well be doing that anyway. You have no idea what a tenant does with their sex life in your property. Nor do landlords have any right to know.

Not really as different tenancy laws govern as a long term tenancy isn’t the same thing as letting accommodation for a few nights.
Most bad press for Airbnb is centred around their lack of duty of care. |

Well exactly, I think it would be grossly disrespectful and totally against the ethos of the company. Fair enough if the owners offer it, but otherwise no, one should respect other people's property in my view.  |

We rent our spare room on AirBnB. ..had some really lovely people stay and no issues so far.
We actually went to Chams one night when we had a guest...her parting words to us as we left the house 'behave yourselves' oh if only she knew

We have hosted on airbnb for 4 years along with trip advisor, booking.com and home and away. All pretty much the same. Being in Cap we have hosted loads of swingers only ever 1 gangbang - fortunately and turned it around in a day. Wouldn't encourage gb's as place left in a mess and we charged 150€ cleaning fee! |

The bed was very squeaky and I left feedback to that effect
