Phone boffins help

Can anyone help me please?

For some reason I can't take screenshots on my phone of anything on fab. (If you're wondering why I'm doing that it's you send my bf, who is on fab, or fab friends screenshots of profiles that I think they would like!)

I used to be able to but now when I try a message flashes up on the screen saying can't take screenshots due to privacy policy? Anyone else had this?

Never tried to screenshot anyone’s page or pictures before, so I have no idea. Pretty nifty feature though, if it’s real!

Nope, I’ve just taken a screen shot of you op, it worked a treat. Maybe it’s something to do with your privacy settings on your phone. What phone is it?

I had to Google how to do it on my s7 edge...works fine...never used it before.
