After a good evening recently ive now split my foreskin again just a couple of cuts had this problem for years apart from lots of moisturiser on regularly and having it removed anyone got any long term solutions for this problem

You may have a condition called phimosis which is to all intents and purposes a tight foreskin.
If you have trouble retracting the foreskin when erect that will cause localised tears.
You should get it checked by your GP. |

The only issue in recent years with my foreskin was when someone bit it. I think I used a vitamin E cream and bio oil, but it did take a while to heal. Be careful which moisturiser you're using as anything with a perfume could irritate it. |
