It doesn't show who's near when i click on icon

Perhaps there is no one near who has it turned on... I wouldn't don't like my location tracked by anyone.

You need to check app permissions.

I haf trouble and i seem to remember i uninstalled the app and the installed it and allowed the app to use my location.

Other than that it could be in the phone settings.
