My ex used to have one. It's the buttplug then an attachment. Some think they look cute. I'd have to be in the right mood.

That red heart one is very pretty and looks delightful tucked into your bottom just so (and in keeping with Valentine's day!)

I have 3 tails! One fox tail with a red rubber butt plug. One cat tail with a silver metal butt plug and a long black bendable cat tail that has a clip and can be worn over clothing.

Personally I think they are visually stunning, equally what they portray, sensualy, power play can be very erotic, in a metaphorical sense.
