If it's o2 or voda they have a block you can't unlock via phone and have to go in to a store with ID and ask for the 18+ block to be removed as well as the premium block. Seems not all lines have this,my main line didn't need it, but my second line did, both bought a few weeks apart.
If you have never done it before. Thats my guess, the phone help can't see the block because thcan't change it, maybe pop in store.
If you have been able to before. Just try in a few hours. |
