There are no selling points!
I would expect any meet to be clean and showered. That shouldn't be what you are relying on to find someone.
I expect a meet to be on my terms....'come to my flat, its clean!' Is more than a tad creepy.
Spellings like 'nites' makes me feel you take other short cuts too, I'm not interested in sex shortcuts, I can find them anywhere!
Your status makes you sound desperate.

From the thread title OP I'm presuming your opening message is suggesting meeting right off the bat without any preamble or getting to know the person you are writing to? If that's the case then perhaps that's an area you might want to rethink along with the other advice given.
Whilst some people will want to meet fairly quickly after an initial message, most will want to at least get to know a little about you first - so diving straight in with a message that essentially says "Want to meet?" is not going to go down well, especially if coupled with a profile that tells them nothing  |
