Count your breathing, 1 as you draw in a breath, 2 as you exhale, keep going up to 10 then start it again. Your mind will wander but focus in the breathing and the counting |

For me, I will read for a set amount of time. It often helps to reset and quieten my brain but has an end point. It doesn’t always help me sleep but it will allow me to at least lie quietly and rest more if nothing else. |
