What’s the best position to be in to reach this without toys ? As in on all fours, on side etc. Having problems at present.

I'm most comfortable on my back, legs apart and bound. Giver put finger in, bends it up so the finger tips almost pointing towards the ceiling and I'm good! Would like to try all fours though
