I’m just wondering what I could do to improve my profile as I seem to struggle quite a bit on this but not when I meet people when I’m out. Any help will be appreciated

You could try writing one maybe.

If you succeed more in person than online, which I would imagine is the case for most, why not try attending an organised social or a club?
