Afternoon fabbers,
As you can see from my profile I’m reasonably new to fab.
I’m hopefully going to start going to meets and socials but not sure what happens and what to expect
Some guidance and advice would help as in what to expect and what do I do once here.
Do I approach individuals or couples or is it a case of waiting till they come to you
Bit nervous as never done this before so any advice or guidance is much appreciated.

Socials are just that - a social gathering to get to know people. Same as you would get from a social gathering at a golf club or a chess club ... it’s a drink & a chat with like minded people, so you can get to know people. If you hit it off, then you might arrange to play. It’s not a case of turning up, chosing someone & going home with them!! |
