Do you mean Swingers clubs that also have rooms? Sex goes on in many hotels Travelodge premier inn etc, both in the swinging & vanilla scene but I’d doubt they say dedicated to sex on their website lol!!

As far as I know there's just clubs that also have hotel rooms.

Never heard of a hotel dedicated to sex.

Quite a few hotels do have saunas, but not saunas that you can have sex in.

I think what you want is to book a room at a swingers club so that you can stay there after the evening has finished.

Lots of hotels have hot tubs and saunas, many have rooms with King Size beds which are better for sex...

Don't think you need a special type of hotel. If you want "equipment" you probably need to go to a club.
