Looking for advice. Have you hosted a couples evening at your home where you're looking for a number of couples to register their interest to come along for a social or more?
Was it successful?
Did they attend etc..?

we haven't hosted but did attend one.
All three couples who'd been invited turned up making four couples including the hosts. It started with a meal and chat and moved on to playing.
From this experience we learned that its important to have clearly defined play areas that are separate from the social area. If you choose carefully they will turn up. Its important that the couples know each other a little and that there is some attraction. |
