Cannot post in the forums

My friend cannot post in the forums. She is a verified site supporter and she is able to type the post, view it. The post it button shows but when she hits it, it just asks for a new post and the post never shows.
She has reported it to admin several times over the past month or so but no response.
Any advise will be appreciated.

I went through contact screen at the bottom tell them your screen name and what it’s doing |
