Do you mean opaque stockings? Usually same material, just Opaque meaning you can't see through them as opposed to sheer. The darker they are the higher the denier number
Assuming sticking is stocking and you don't mean duct tape .... perhaps you're talking about wet look stockings. Generally cheaper than latex made out of some nylon/vinyl type material.
