Hi,

My FB has slowly developed in to a huge squirter over the time that we have been seeing each other and it's now at the stage where we are putting down lots of towels on the bed but still having to wash the covers.

Can anyone recommend what they use for similar circumstances? We have looked at waterproof mattress protectors but not sure if these will be up to the job. Don't really want to be laying on plastics sheets either.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Doncaster/Sheffield

Buy either 2 metres of faux leather from Dunelm to save bedding or get an old persons (piss the bed) protector that absorbs it all. They work a treat.

Have you thought about disposable bed mat (designed for bed wetting)

They will absorb, rather than plastic sheet that it will run off or pool

Google 'Touché Body Slide'

It's an inflatable sheet with sides.

Fits four adults with ease

I was advised to use a shower curtain.

Picnic blanket under a cotton sheet usually does the trick for us

Make sure it keeps it's waterproofness though.

hiding from cock pics.

A waterproof towelling mattress protector like when training youngsters to not wet the bed or for incontinence.

They are very comfortable as they are toweling one side but also very absorbent and nothing goes through.

If you can afford it I would go for a "Sheets of San Francisco" sheet, they are expensive but feel luxurious yet nothing at all permeates it, not candle wax or any fluid. And you can pop it in the washing machine.

That's on my wishlist!

Hiding in the shadows

Quilted waterproof fitted sheet, with standard sheet over the top.

Works for me

Thank you to all the suggestions so far.

We will have a look at a few of these and see which one we like.

Quilted mattress protectors sound comfy though

We used to use a waterproof pad but found it wasn't big enough

Went to Dunelm on Saturday and paid £19 for a waterproof matress protector. It's very soft on the top side and the underside is not noisy at all. You wouldn't know you had it on and you can just bung it straight in the machine.

Job done

Maybe a good idea to see a Gynecologist.

Sounds like a weak bladder problem.

It'd need to be a Urologist if it's a bladder issue
