Ok I’m confused?
Since I joined fab (and had my subscriptions willingly accepted btw), I’ve not tried to deceive anyone pretending to be a couple or a female. From the beginning I’ve told the truth in my profile that I’m a 50(ish) guy that would love to meet someone and develop a FB relationship. Also that I’m a pro photographer happy to do free photoshoots for couples and females.
So why is it that not only do I get photos rejected and photos that were approved weeks ago suddenly rejected? These photos are my own work and which I have subject approval to use as examples of my work! What makes this more galling is the number of supposedly ‘couples’ profile with images on here that only show female photos, where it clearly states that in couple photos you must both be in the image? I’m beginning to think there’s some kind of victimisation going on here? At least I’m being honest and upfront. |

Are you in all of the pics that get rejected OP? If so, then agree it doesn't make sense, but if you're not in them then I'd agree with their rejection - looking at your two current pics I'm guessing it may be the latter?
Either way if you're not happy you can resubmit or query with admin. |

I'm guessing you're not in the first photo on your profile? It's a great picture but you can't use the site to publicise your business... |

Note the bit that says YOU must be in any photos you upload.
Is that you in the photo in your galley?
It's a fantastic photo but if your not in it that would be reason for removal. |

Our photos that show only me...are me...you know, Jane. the female half of the couple...
You can't seriously think it would be acceptable to use pictures of other people to try to meet others? How would you explain that to the people you meet? Unless you're just trying to sell your photography services? |

And what about the rule that you must both be in the images? That’s what’s confusing me, someone claiming to be a couple have images showing only the female. My images are rejected even though I’m not pretending to be female, and in reply to the previous post ... not trying to drum up business I’m offering photo shoots for free? |

Where in the rules does it say that?

It states
"The photos must be yours and you must be in the photos. You must be in any photo you upload"
Thus if it is uploaded by the female of the couple she is in the photo.

That's not what the rules state and in the case of the photo in question...you're neither of the people in it. When you upload pictures, you're asked the question about who is in it...who dis you say it was? |

Which bit of 'The photos must be yours and you must be in the photos' are you finding it difficult to undertand?
Clearly you are not; thus your photos breach the rules.
Either party of a couple can upload their photos; you seem to have invented the rule that it must be both.

Is it really so hard to believe that something can be offered for free these day? I guess it is with so much cynicism around  |

Couples profile.... either photo of the two together OR the female of the couple, OR the male of the couple ... its that simple!
But a photo of two strangers is not acceptable ... I really cannot understand your lack of comprehension of this op

I don't think Sappy is disputing your being a photographer at all, just querying your motives for effectively advertising as one and using pics not of you on your profile to do so.
You seem to be very keen to pick at other people's profiles too - not sure why? Your original post was about pictures on YOUR profile not being allowed and it's been made clear why they, rightly, haven't been - how Sappy or anyone else (couples included) chooses to run their profile is up to them and frankly not your concern  |

She has a pair of breasts on her profile because she is female and actually has some breasts, she is not displaying a picture of a lady when she is a man. She is verified because her profile has the green tick. Photo verification is not compulsory. Nobody HAS to accommodate, it is personal choice.
What point were you trying to make by pointing this out to the whole forum? |

I have no problem with anyone having a go at me for pretty much most things, but when they suggest I’m lying about something that took me years of hard work to acheive (my qualifications) and my profession... then yes I take offence!
Especially coming from someone that has no visible proof they are actually a female other than a photo of a pair of tits on their profile (as they puport to be), I at least can provide certificates of qualification lol

All of those side arguments (silly ones at that) do not detract from your original post where people have rightly said that YOU aren't allowed to have photos that don't have YOU in them.
Nowhere in the photo rules does it say that couples photos have to have both parties in them. |
