Its a simple one
So I have a female friend that likes the idea of trying a club but doesn't want to go alone, understandable
Could we go as a couple? If yes, what would be a good first time place? |

I find a google search of what's on in london is a good start then do a search for some online reviews of whatever takes your fancy and make you own mind up.
Clubs are like food, the only measurements of them are subjective and influenced by personal preferences. |

The op is asking if it is considered OK to go as a couple with a lady that is not actually his partner, just a friend.
I don't have any experience of clubs so can't answer the question. The answer may well be different from club to club as well as if you are trying to go on a couples only night.
Either way, you could still attend a club together but get admission as singles. Just remember that there can be limited space and guest lists for single males on certain/busy nights, so do your homework on where and when you are going to make sure you both get in.

It doesn't seem likely that this would be a problem. Single males are restricted to preserve a healthy male/female ratio. If you're bringing a woman in with you, why should the club care what sort of "couple" you are?
If one "couple" are platonic friends who have known each other for years but have no intention of having sex, while another "couple" are strangers who agreed to meet up just outside the club with the intention of going in together and shagging each other senseless inside, then from a clubbing/swinging perspective it could be argued that the second couple is more "legitimate" than the first!

That depends which club, what night and what you're planning on doing when you get there. If it's a night for couples and single women and the guy of the "couple" ditches the woman the minute they walk through the door people might care. Effectively you can be either avoiding a rule or altering the ratio if that's what you're going to do. |
