This is the fourth time I’m messaging! No one is getting back to me!! I keep getting blocked from sending messages and I don’t know why!!
It comes up in red writing that I’m blocked from sending mail and to try again in a few hours
Why? What am I doing? No one is getting back to me about the issue. This has happened 4 times in a week! Please tell me if it’s a issue or am I doing something wrong! As mentioned, I’ve reported it many times and no one is getting back to me
I’m using no taboo words or spamming |

No there’s a different message for that which says I’ve exceeded the messages for today. This one comes up in red writing and says come back in a few hours after the block has cleared. Doing my head in. Happen so many times in a week and no one from support is telling me why  |

you don't respond to any of our mails.
We do this for fun and get hundreds of mails a day so we can't respond personally to questions about the site or your account. We recommend if you have a problem or can't figure out how something works, you post to the site help forum. If we responded to everything that people sent us, we'd spend all our time (and more!) doing that and not improving/running/fixing the site. Or, we'd have to employ customer service goons to read and respond to questions from a minority of users at everyone's expense and we'd not be able to do as much as we can for so little cost to you. We do read all mail you send and encourage feedback. If you have reported a problem with the site we will fix it. |
