I would never want a mmf as that's not for me but for a ffm my best advice would be to just relax.Dint pressure yourself into doing anything.Let things happen naturally and just go with the flow.Start off sensual and take things as far as you want them to go.
But the main things are relax and no pressure x |

Perhaps you could try and meet a single woman or guy first and then as a 'couple' find the other single? If you meet one person first and already know them I'm sure it will be much less daunting than meeting two people at once.
Or meet a couple for a social first or meet with a fb so you feel more comfortable then next time do it without the fb?

We have had 3sums with another women and with another man. Best advise just relax and go with the flow, make it clear what the boundaries are and do chat in detail before arranging to meet. 3sums are great fun |

I've done is MFM. Each time I joined another couple. My attitude has been to take direction from them, after all they are asking you to join them.
Each was different but a lot of fun. Give it a shot and just try to relax.

what would make you feel uncomfortable exactly?
i've had them with different combinations of guys, they mostly go well and everyone gets on even if they've never met before or it's their first 3sum. |

OP, as a single lady the dynamics and arranging of the two will be very different to each other.
For an mmf , you could ask 2 guys who you already know, or do it at a club. In that case you'll be 3 'singles' and it should be fine, and fun, so long as the guys are sufficiently experienced.
For the ffm the simplest is to find a couple. Lots of single ladies can advise you on this. We've had quite a few ffm's and repeats, as we can play completely equally in a three, wihout jealousy issues. Find couples who have done that successfully or as a minumum had good full swap mfmf meets.
Ffm and mmf can and should be amazing for everyone involved.

Play with people you know already...I only play mmf with a good friend and we always talk a fair bit with the other guy before meeting, so am always comfortable, and mff is only with my fwb and so far has only been with girls I know well...I would never meet 2 guys I didn't know and if I played with couples I would definitely insist on a social first  |

Best advice from us would be make sure you get along and like the people you're meeting.
If at any moment you feel that you're not comfortable remember your right to say no or take a pause.
If you take your time and get to know the person/persons you're doing this with and enjoy their company, in and away from the bedroom, then it can be an incredibly pleasurable and fun experience.
