Of course they do. It might take a while but then again it might not. If you're struggling go to a local social and I'm sure people will verify you there. |

Veris aren't the holy grail they're seen to be by some - sure they're useful to show that you're genuine and serious about this lifestyle but nothing more.
They're certainly not as important as having a well written profile that makes you stand out from the crowd and a set of pics that show off your body  |

We have met a guy who had no veri's and he was a lovely guy, polite, courteous and knew what he was about.
We all had to start somewhere.
If someone wants to shout about each time they have been around the block, that's fine.

We didn't use this site until we met somebody at Quest in Leeds, that person told us about it. That's when we got our first verifications.
However we were meeting people before this site. |

You can ask, they'll only say yes or no. If I get talking to someone who is new, I'll happily verify them if they ask. |

You can ask, they'll only say yes or no. If I get talking to someone who is new, I'll happily verify them if they ask."

This every time. Lots of couples go to clubs and there are a lack of decent guys. I know guys complain, but lots in clubs don't talk, sit in corners etc. I've seen average guys on their first visit playing in groups, I've seen an average middle age guy who had 3 lots of fun in one night. Leaving the keyboard and entering the real world is the easiest solution  |

OP, youve only been on here 4 weeks. It took us 3 months to get our first meet and verification.
The following weekend we went to our first ever club and came back with a fantasy fulfilled and 4 verifications and more than one proposition. You have to put yourself out there. Especially as a single man. |

Similar. I think we are 'biased' that way because we plucked up courage and went to a club to fulfill what we were looking for, before we had even heard of fab. We found out about fab later after a few club visits, and it became a handy add-on to make club visits easier or potentially find meets outside of the club environment. |

Everyone starts with no verifications...
Some even don't bother verifying or hide them for personal reasons.
After all how many are needed to prove your real.
Until then try clubs or phoning before meets...it works both ways..

In the early days of fab there probably was no verification system or maybe only had the photo verification. Used to be able to verify via phone at one point. Things change. |

Yes it would make it difficuilt for someone going to a club or a social or meeting 1 on 1. The op didnt mention he couldnt get to a club, social or the bloody fair for that matter. And they said "can he get away from home to get a club". Surely that should have been "op can you get away from home to get to a club". Or you know not make the assumption he can't in the first place. |

If someone was local and just wanted to meet for a coffee to get a verification, it wouldn't bother me.
I'd just say they were who they said they were and they turned up when they said they would.
It's no different to them being told to go to a group social or club to get verified in my eyes. |

It's no different to them being told to go to a group social or club to get verified in my eyes.

I've made two club visits recently with the intention of getting verified. On the first visit, I asked the barmaid to verify me: then, because I thought my first veri was "in the bag", I didn't bother to pester anyone else. She didn't verify me.
On the second club visit, I was the only customer they had that night. I chatted to the barman, and asked him to verify me. Same result, I am still unverified.
So getting verified in a club is not necessarily as easy as you might assume!

This every time. Lots of couples go to clubs and there are a lack of decent guys. I know guys complain, but lots in clubs don't talk, sit in corners etc. I've seen average guys on their first visit playing in groups, I've seen an average middle age guy who had 3 lots of fun in one night. Leaving the keyboard and entering the real world is the easiest solution
OP, youve only been on here 4 weeks. It took us 3 months to get our first meet and verification.
The following weekend we went to our first ever club and came back with a fantasy fulfilled and 4 verifications and more than one proposition. You have to put yourself out there. Especially as a single man."

Of course it works being unverified.
It's just a case of finding someone that's willing to even have a social with you during the day.
Rather than asking for play sessions ask some ladies/couples if they fancy meeting for a social and get a coffee together. |

If a profile says here 9 months, or worse over a year as that could mean they're here at least a year, and there's still no verifications, I wouldn't meet them as that looks like its possibly a fake account, pic collector, just here to perv, time waster or some thing else is just not quite right...
I think opening a fresh account with new pictures would be a better option than just lingering indefinitely.
Some people have loads of veris that indicate they've only had coffee meets which I find confusing, I don't need to know people turn up for coffee! I want to know did they turn up for fun, not tmi just enough to know a good time was had.

If you can make it to a social, munch, or club meet then this is a space to find Fab members who will verify you on some level as well.
Not all verifications need to be sexual sometimes people need to know that a profile is not just another time waster or profile pic collector. |

Until recently I had no verification. Found it difficult to attract swingers. Now I have one verification and most profiles say they want 3 verification's as minimum....My old profile...talking at least 5 years ago had several verifications and I found it much easier then. But I was much younger and had a more attractive body....maybe its just personal appearance! ha |

No I think some people, now, just put more importance on verifications, especially if they have had a bad experience. When we started, many years ago, with other sites, there was no verification system. You just met up socially and if you clicked, you would have some fun, if not, just looked at it, as a night out. |
