Had a PA for years, now at 8mm. My experience is women love it, some are scared it will hurt or rip the condom but it does neither. If you wear a screw-in ball ring closure one you can take it out if your partner really doesn't like it, or for anal.

I wouldn't be without mine, that pain was brief and not bad and the healing very quick.

I have wanted to get it for ages but never been brave enough.

So I'm nearly a week into healing and all seems well.

Having pierced many a PA I can say the majority of men were surprised at how little pain they experienced. And also having pierced my ex partner I thoroughly enjoyed the sex.

It's clearly not for everyone but maybe try it and then remove if you don't like?
