Is it coz she is pretty/sexy and you think she will then think you are a gent, swoon, invite you fir a drink and you end up in her bed ripping her clothes off and fucking the argument out of her? |

"Had a bit of a disagreement with a lady in a shop today over parking , I was nipping into a shop near by she was having none of it , few verbals , feel bad should I man up and say sorry on Monday  "
If you were in the wrong parking where you shouldn't and were rude to the female, then yes apologise. It's always good to admit our mistakes and not be above saying sorry.
If however it was a place you are perfectly entitled to park in....I.e. public highway no parking restrictions, then only say sorry if you swore at the female XXX
