Better variety of pictures and a better written profile, it currently says very little about you and what you offer. Nothing attractive about and would just pass it by.

Personally I would take out the part suggesting people message you to find out more, simply because (and I know this will sound blunt, but) why should they? Do you think users will want to message you on the offchance that something might be compatible when other users will just list info clearly in their profile?  |
