1. If you were as you put it "dumped" by a swinger, then you weren't really dumped were you, swinging is swinging
2. If you were dumped by your girlfriend, then why were you in a swinging site

I got dumped by my FWB of 3 years by message and that was the thing that upset me the most, that he'd not told me to my face.
It does hurt when someone dumps you, even if it's just a sexual arrangement. Try to distract yourself by keeping busy OP and move on with dignity. XXX |

Dumped by my FB a while ago, she just had to get the last word, so blocked me on phone and email, after sending her particular vitriol. It does hurt, but there's nothing we can do.
Last time she did that, it took 34 years for her to speak to me |

I wouldn't worry about it. If someone doesn't want to be with you, then they're not worth your time or worry.
I must admit I never understand the face to face break up, despite having always adhered to the social norm. Why is it needed? Surely all it achieved is upset all round and the end result is the same but with 3 hours of being shouted or cried at/doing shouting or crying.

It's never nice being rejected, no matter the reasons why.
Be is partner, wife, FB, or person you have just "spent time" with.
And text really shows that they were not with your effort in the first place.
Keep looking....we know from experience the right one is out there!! |

Sorry t hear that, but unfortunately, it does happen.
I (female) was dumped by a FWB after 3 months all of a sudden by email, explaining that he planned it that way, as not to 'hurt' me in public. We later met for lunch that day and he explained that he wanted to get everything out and thought he wouldn't be able to do it, face to face.
I was more annoyed that he didn't have to guts to do it face to face from the oft, than being dumped. We're all adults and not silly teens surely! |

Of the times I have been rejected in a way that was not right it hurt a lot.
This looks to be bigger than it being cured by getting d*unk for the night. In those siturations I have found I had a lot of anger, so maybe some physical exercise will help? Another strategy is to distract yourself - do you have any friends/famiy to call, or go on holiday with? |

Sorry to hear of your recent situation, it's not easy what ever the circumstances. Their is no such thing as "the one"... more the right type of person to suit your situation at that time and you can only hope that the rd continues on together.
Distract yourself is my suggestion, when you horny - go to a club, but try to avoid getting into another relationship for a while until your happy with you again and you will be.
Chin up and keep smiling, don't let them get you down.
