Hi, if someone messages that you know do you all tell them or ignore them?
I have let people know in messages before but just unsure this time as wouldn't like it to get out about the site to others x |

I had an ex male teacher at the school I once worked in message me with a long VERY kinky message telling me about when he was picked up by 2 guys and... well, it was VERY kinky.
I knew he'd be mortified if he realised it was me so I blocked and deleted. No drama required. |

Damn! Just found a couple I've been admiring at a fairly regular vanilla gathering on fab. I've had fairly good banter with them and been subtly admiring the lady's incredible ass. This doesn't bode well for my chances... And we almost certainly will be attending a fab social together soon too... How do I play this now? |

A lady contacted me saying I know who you are I can tell by your one pic and your tattoos and location.
At first I panicked and was going to block her but she then sent a message saying don't worry I won't tell your mom and dad.We did exchange a few messages after that and I recognised her as she works in the florist by mom parents shop and I think she lives by my parents house aswell so she knows them to talk too but she's married and her husband doesn't know she's on here.So she has a lot more to lose than me x

Exactly this happened yesterday but I am not at the receiving end. A nice women approached me yesterday and we exchanged few message and then she asked for my pic and responding to that she gave her pic. Since I am a idiot I messaged her back saying I knew her when I actually don't know anything about her. She panicked and blocked me straightaway. I really feel sorry for what I done, I did try to update my status saying it was a joke and tried to apologise to her, but not sure whether she looked that.
So don't panic if someone say they recognise you, there some plank like me here in Fab do say I know you when they don't actually, so ask questions back how they know and who they are before to either block them or meet them.
I still feel bad about what I did to that lady, if anyone around here like to help me by contacting her to explain this, plz msg me privately. Thanks |

You deserved to be blocked for that. Makes no sense why any decent person would treat someone like that. Respecting someone and their right to privacy is paramount on here. No sympathy for you whatsoever. P.s when someone blocks You, they or both of you can no longer see each others status's.  |

I really don't care whether she un blocks me or not. That is not the point, I just what her to stop worrying about, that there is someone here knew her in real life.

I had a very polite message with a face pic attached from a guy I used to work with! I kinda felt bad that I didnt reply to him, but as I have a professional job, I didnt want to risk word getting out about my lifestyle, so I simply blocked him and deleted the message, end of story. |

Tell him you know him. See his reaction. He might block you, might be intrigued, test the water with some clues to your identity.
You don't want him to be embarrassed so maybe you should send him a message that's even more kinky than his to put him at ease! |

Thank you for all your replies. I figured we are both on here so nothing to hide from each other. So messaged him saying I knew him but I wouldn't mention to anyone we knew. I panicked a little thinking had I done the right thing and my luck was in. We are meeting on Friday |

I messaged someone who I thought was a girl I used to see.. still kind of like. Turns out its not a great idea to do.. as I was very wrong apparently. but got a message from said real person next day.. to promise never to tell anyone what she's like in bed.. out of the blue.. a few months after we'd stopped talking.
I don't think messaging was a good idea.. I meant no harm, I was only being friendly, it was a one off message.. but even still.. stop.. think about what you're doing.. and ask yourself why you need to bring it up.. chances are you don't and they don't want you too either. |
