I seem to have gained as much as ten pounds recently and saw I looked chunky in many of the pictures from this weekend so I'm cutting back on input.
Anyone else feeling self inflicted hungry?

Trying not to make it bigger. |

If you get peckish between meals try snacking on almonds.. they are an appetite suppressant |

Licorice tea is an appetite suppressant.
Rachael drink plenty of water before your meal helps fill you up.
Lemon water helps too

Water I can do. Almonds would suppress my appetite because I hate the taste. |

Same situation here I need to lose some extra padding atm. I'm tackling it by cutting carbs and running, started last weekend and lost a few pounds already, so things looking up! I'm drinking lots of water tho and need to pee all the time
Hope you reach your goal |

You'll soon get used to it and not need to pee so much |

Stay with it, only a means to an end and then adjust to a healthier lifestyle.
Some of my go to snacks when you're feeling peckish:
-Sugar free jelly pots, basically water and can be taken to work. Not filling but a quick sweet fix.
-Jerky, great protein content and a workout chewing the stuff
-Low fat natural yoghurt and seeds or nuts (sprinkling of granola works well) and okay as an alternative dessert.
Drink plenty of water!
Running would not be my recommendation for fat loss, body conditioning is what you need. Get yourself on the trx and battle ropes, you'll be hanging out your hoop in no time. |
