Can you change profile from single to couple?

I have recently found a female friend that wants to try new things and experiment, wanting to show that fact, can it be done or just put her details on my profile, thanks in advance

You can, but why not just create a new couple profile together? Any verifications of you as a single male which you have would be irrelevant to people looking to meet a couple.
