Plus there is the phenomenon of "fab straight"....guys who have ticked 'straight' as their sexuality but who are really more flexible.
What these guys don't realise is that they can make a nuisance of themselves. |

same reason women get messages from men with completely differing profile criteria i assume. they are chancing it..change your settings or put up with it.
If women posted on the forum every time they got a message from someone who'd ignored their profile, there wouldn't be much room on here for anything else! |

I even see men on forums who are proud of the fact that they don't read profiles! Which seems rather counter-productive to me, and disrespectful.
But yes, they too are chancing it on the grounds that "if you don't ask, you don't get"...and while it might seem harmless, often a lady will have to trawl through many messages from inappropriate men. |
