Something I've been thinking about for a while now - any ladies (or men) shed some light on pain and obviously aftercare etc in sexual terms? I.e. How long are we talking before getting back to playing sucking etc without risk of infection.
Thanks all.

There is pain, but only for a couple of seconds. A good piercer will do it very swiftly. They take about 6-9 months to heal and ideally, best to avoid any play and bodily fluids on them during this time, as they could easily become infected or reject/migrate. You also have to be careful by not going into hot tubs and swimming for at least 6 weeks afterwards and only then, wash them with saline to rid any bacteria. They would need to have saline washes twice a day for about a month; sea salt soaks are now falling out of favour with professionals. It's worth it for gorgeous pierced nips and they can increase sensitivity. Just make sure you do your research and choose a reputable piercer. |

Thank you for such a detailed reply. We won't be playing for a couple of months after the next couple of weeks due to vanilla things happening so ideally that would be perfect time to let them heal.
Thanks so much xx |

Its worth getting them done my first piercing was my left nipple and it made it so much more sensitive when being played with and teased. It was a all good until one day it got ripped out playing rugby.
However this didn't put me off and convinced me to get my P. A Done |

You've just made a valid point there actually.. i do personal training and now I'm concerned they'll tug with training.
Any women with high impact workout regimes help me on this one? Will sports bras prevent this? |

Sport bras should help and it's recommended to wear them in bed, too, to help prevent them from being knocked whilst asleep.
Google Elayne Angel. She's a well renown within the piercing world. |

Pain was minimal as it was pierced quickly with no fuss, used breast pads in my bra for a few days and cleaned with sterile water.
6-8 weeks to heal some take a bit longer, mines been done 10+ years with no issues x |

I had my left one done many years ago, the pain when the needle went through was pretty fierce but i was going for quite a large diameter piece of jewellery. It did not nothing for my sensitivity...always been appalling. That said it did look great with the bar through. |
