Hey guys after a weekend of great Debauchery last week my sub experienced a roller coaster of a week from highs to rock bottom in a few hrs Emotions all over the place. Being that we live a good distance apart I didn't notice this till she said it, now we had anticlimax filled weeks before after play sessions but this week was an eye opener
Any suggestions as to how we might tackle this in the future would be welcomed
Yes I know I should have being more attentive to her state but it's really a first as in the severity of the attack this time
Open to suggestions especially if u to have a similar relationship and are divided by great distance

I have experienced this but am lucky that my hubby is understanding....no amount of understanding can completely stop the subdrop from happening - these things can help but everyone is different so talk and find out......
in the first few hours after play.....something to eat and drink, be wrapped up warm, cuddled, massage/relax, lots of loving touches -
in the following days ......
text messages/letter/photo/momento from the dom
frequent reassurance from the dom that the sub is loved/valued/treasured/worth it
discussion about bruises/marks and how they are developing
- the most important thing being communication .......obviously this is difficult if dom/sub are far apart - but in this day and age of mobiles/laptops etc it should be poss to have some contact -

Echoes all of this (in a long distance D/s relationship for over 10 years). Also being aware that it may happen so the sub can prepare to be nicer to themself too in the following days and remind themself that it will pass. |
