can anyone shed light on the legality of 2 people "indulging" outside???
am I right in thinking if discrete it isn't actually illegal unless someone complains? I appreciate common sense and decency need to be used but as the warmer weather is approaching I do like to partake when I get the opportunity...
A scenario if you were in a van and no one could see inside but it was fairly obvious what was going on in there, could you be done for that?? |

If you are in a van and no one can see inside as long as you or your partner were not using lewd expressions there is no problem.
It does not matter if the van is bouncing up and down it could be you are moving the load about in the back, anyone who thought otherwise would simply be showing what a dirty mind they had. |

uncommonly if required I could actually accommodate in my own flat its just I do enjoy the great outdoors too  |

Common sense should prevail I think. If it's 11PM at night the probability of frightening children and old ladies (perhaps bar witches on brooms) is PRETTY low..... and if in a secluded enough area daylight activities shouldn't shock too much. I have fond memories as a curious teen (over the age of 16!)of stumbling across (and watching for some time) a five-some on Dartmoor...although it was the middle of nowhere and I did have to creep a bit  |
