What are your thoughts on this chastity device?

The best chastity device for long term is the Holy Trainer.
You won't be able to escape or break it and apparently it's the most comfortable to wear...although, you'd have to ask my other half about that.

Yeah i've actually heard that too, it looks like a great device. It is quite expensive and out of my budget though since I'm a student which is why I'm going for a cheaper one at the moment but the Holy Trainer is definitely something i want to get in the future. I'm glad you and your partner are having fun with it!  |

It's really good.
We have one like the one you've posted, it's good for "show", but not very practical/comfortable to wear for long term.
If you can, maybe start off with something like a Birdcage which is quite reasonably priced...then once you get into it move onto the Holy Trainer.

Yeah i've looked on Amazon too but im worried that i might buy a chastity device which is unsafe haha. |

Google the Birdlocked Cage.
Start with a silicone/plastic cage as the metal ones really aren't great for longer term. Like I said, they look good but really aren't practical. |

My experience is that the size of the cage needs to match or be slightly smaller than your flacid size.
Metal cages with tight cross rings or bars can result in vascular entrapment if the cage is too big and the penis 'over' swells the cage... but everyone will be different here.
Big cages are not very discreet and big metal cages... drag down a lot... often resulting in things escaping.
There are some great small metal cage designs but the best ones for shape, are still expensive... no ones seems to have copied the best deisgns yet.. just the ok ones.
The cheap holy trainer 2, if its from the chinese source i found, is a pretty good copy.

On our last 2 week holiday to Gran Canaria I put it on him on the first day and mailed the key back home. The whole time he was there he had very little discomfort. He suffered a little watching me in the dunes but that's to be expected. |

The early versions where reported to have a weakness across the top of the notch that the lock goes through. From what i have read it has been resolved. The original manufacturers do replacements if it breaks i believe. i have two copies... neither have broken at that point yet. |

You can buy individually number plastic "locks" they kinda work like cable ties and when the time comes for release they can be cut off
