On the body con option I normally wear a size 14 dress, so should I go for a size 12 or go for the size 14?

I'm a fan of bright colours such as the royal blue thats been around a while. Something that's figure hugging but flattering, not over clingy and not too short, just above the knee.

The teddy will give you a smooth line under the dress and being silk or satin allows the dress fabric to glide over it. |

There is. I spent all day at work yesterday with my slip two inches below my hem at the back and nobody mentioned it  . Mr N told me when I got in  |

If you're a 14, then stick to a 14.
The teddy option is a good one, though if you go with stockings and suspenders, then a slip would help hide tell tale signs of straps.
Colour wise, just go with what you like.

I am beginning to like light colours so looking at that, but never thought about a slip.
