I would suggest anyone considering anal sex conisiders the following advice: •Douche well. If you think your clean it help you relax.
•Use plenty of good lube. Personally I prefer a hybrid silicone/water mixture and I always go for a little around the outside and a few ml inside, via a lube shooter.
•Foreplay shoild help. Work onto the session with massage leading to rim play and then fingering.
•You can get muscle relaxants to assist with anal most of these seem to be based on plant extracts, from things like jojoba. Unfortunately most of them also include desensitizer which I try and avoid as I feel that pain response is a good thing as it indicates things are being done badly.

Don't use poppers or desensitising lube/muscle relaxant.
The painful part, for me, only happens without any anal massage first. I find fingers work perfectly for me. You can work from one upwards.
It will help if you do it to yourself regularly, you need your muscles to be warmed up and ready for penetration.
I used to have regular anal with minimal lube-sometimes just a little spit-with no or slight initial pain. Then, it's really enjoyable. |

the way I was taught, fill the bottle with warm water squeeze gently to rid of air, insert still holding squeeze of the bottle and insert into arse - when fully in squueze hard emptying the bottle of water and still holding the squeeze remove from the body. wait a while before getting rid of water and bowel contents. You can get dildos which have a pump attached so that you can enlarge them when they're inside you. Along with all the other advice, these help with learning to accommodate bigger. From my own experience, the first couple of times I was fucked I took it laying on my back, legs spread and knees draw back to my chest. I was told that position allows everything inside to settle naturally into place and open up more easily. It worked for me and gave me the confidence that I could take cock without much pain.
