Silly silly silly sounding question i know, but, in others experiences, how does the fun start? Who starts it off? Do you sit an chat first?
Im planning a mmf an have only had 1 before in a club an i was full of alcohol so cant remember much of it!

best way i think is to have a certain area u decide u want to play in ..sit and chat for awhile away from this area till u feel comfortable then when ur ready suggest to other that u should move to play area and if everyone agrees u know ur all on same wave length |

depends on the guys for me. they never turn up at the same time usually, so i offer the first guy a brew and he gets some chat. when the 2nd turns up he also gets offered a brew.
if he wants a brew i'll make him one and we all chat in the kitchen, if he doesn't want one i ask them if they both wanna head upstairs. nobody says not yet, lol.
i jump straight into my bed (making sure i'm in the middle) and get naked, let them get undressed and wait for them to start touching me.
nothing is planned. works well for me that way. dunno if it'd work for you. |

We've been having a similar conversation, bit different for us though as we're man & wife so its easier to start off, we'll also be doing it in a hotel room in all likelihood. Like Superkinkycouple said, lots & lots of foreplay seems to be a sensible way forward. Mrs wants to be blindfolded too initially as she thinks this might help alleviate nerves, not sure that would work for you if the others aren't people you know well.
