Just about to buy a caravan and was thinking of going a club.

Which Club is better - The Camping and Caravanning Club or The Caravan Club?

If you could outline your experiences that would be helpful.

Haha now you have done it.

The caravan club and the caravan and camping club both have members who will fight to the death over which club is better .

We are members of the caravan camping club. Mainly as we have a camper van not a caravan.

I think you have more choice of venues with the camping club and you get good rates aswell.

I've been a member of the caravan club for 9 years now there very friendly organisation great club sites and the smaller sites th cl locations are fantastic

My advice would be to just go out and enjoy the caravan and try and find like-minded people who main door in some of our activities , and please if you find any pass them on to me LOL x

I prefer C & CC to Caravan club. Great sites. Monthly newsletter which has useful advice, small sites and special rallies which are great price.

Also good deals on ferries.

Isn`t it the same wherever you get two clubs with the similar interest at heart? I am in a one-make tractor club and there`s another (inferior in my opinion) club trying to poach our members!
