Start really gently, invite her out for a drink one night. Tell her she looks lovey before you leave. When you get there pay her lots of attention, chat more than usual and suggest that a guy in the bar keeps checking her out. If she is warm to the idea encourage her to give him the c'mon. Take her home and have great sex. Build on this very slowly until she really enjoys the attention and sex after. Maybe she will be more open to flirting with other people and eventually you could suggest another person could join you. She may not like the idea ever, she may even see sex as a chore. Do you have a good sex life already? Regular? |

Have you told her what you want out of it my Mrs was worried that I was looking to get with other women i pointed out wasn't intrested then introduced mmf fantasy into our love making took a long time but have had 1 meet and hopefully more |

You've asked this several times before, there is no magic wand that will turn her into a swinger, you are going to have to raise the subject with her if you ever want to take it from fantasy to reality.
One of your previous posts mentioned that her ex tried it and it didn't go well, if she finds out about your profile your chances will quickly be reduced to a big a fat zero. |

Download the tv show playboy swing, watch it together and discuss, it dispels a lot of the myths about swinging, and remember that you may have been researching the possibility of swinging for a while but she most likely knows nothing about it and everybody is scared of the unknown aren't they?
Get a book to read together, Google the swinger manual , it's a good read |

Take her the park and ask if she fancies swinging, give her a push and tell her to swing her legs backwards and forwards if she enjoys it ask if she fancies swinging for really and she can put her legs in the air while playing.  xx |

Try mentioning it when she's feeling horny, or when you talk about fantasies.
If she refuses point black, you have to accept her decision. Then you need to decide whether you can live your life sacrificing what you really want, or whether to take the option of going out and finding what it is you need for yourself.
Ask her how she would feel about you swinging without her? |

Just ask her, and explain that is fine for her to say no. It is not fair for her to stop you getting what you want out of life. I had the same problem with my wife, but eventually we fixed it by allowing me the freedom to go places by myself. |
