I'm new to all this have low confidences wanna meet women have do different things with women but I ant good at talking or mixing with women woundering if any ladies would like to help me gain confidences or help me in anyway shape or form lol in boxes as dunno quite how this all works lol |

In my opinion this site usually works by people exchanging messages and pics and if they get on well and have expectations and likes in common they arrange to meet. Wishing you lots of success.

I would suggest building your self esteem BEFORE getting into swinging. Fortunately there is loads of free info on the internet about this and how to relate to the opposite sex.
Try googling "self esteem" and/or "inner game" to start with. Have a go at trying some of the stuff you read. The main way of building confidence is to put yourself out there and push the limits of your comfort zone. Nobody will give you confidence. It will come after time through achieving many smaller personal goals.
Maybe get a hobby, join a gym or even take a college course. The good thing about these is that they build your character which should not only make you feel better about yourself but your life will be more attractive to the people you talk to.
If you do stick with Fab, don't be afraid to ask more questions when you get stuck. Try to ignore the negative trolls but there are some helpful people up in here.

Definately agree you should build your confidence first op,people can knock your confidence even further on here.
Why not try a social event,its a good way to get to know people.
