There is a nudest beach in norfolk, it is fantastic swinging goes on at sundown and is very rampant

There's a list on the British Naturism website. It's in the public domain so I can't guarantee how safe any of the listings are but it's a place to start.

We go to North wales near benares beach campsite there is a naturist beach there and the dunes get very busy. We have had some good fun there. One guy told us about a woman early that day we went having about 30 men around her so it depends what you want we tend to wait till later on in the afternoon / early evening when people are still about but not to busy.
