Hi, I am new to this and was hoping to chat, but am finding no access to any chat rooms. The questions are, Do I have to be a site supporter before I can chat at all? Do I have to have a web cam? or do I need to download software, instead of just selecting a room and joining in, Or are there account settings which need adjusting? Would appreciate any feed back thanks |

you should be able to use/get into any cam room (so long as its not full) no matter what device you're using. to watch a cam, or more than one if you've upgraded to silver or gold.
to broadcast you would need a cam. phones tend to not be able to use them and you need to download a browser that will let you broadcast cam yourself. not sure about ipads/tablets and what you can do on those. |

Being on site over a year is not new!
Anyone can access the chat rooms, unless they've been naughty and been banned. What does it say when you attempt to use chat? Some bans for minor things will result in a message telling you how long you're banned for. If you have done something really bad and been banned permanently I don't know if they message to tell you. Maybe use the contact us button and ask admin if you have been banned and if so, what for |

Thanks for the advice. (only new to trying to chat which I tried for the first time the other day) Definitely haven't been banned for anything as still able to message normally. It is simply that when I click on chat,or chatrooms, nothing comes up. |

Ah I think the bit you mean is that you have to choose what size cams you would like to watch at the bottom of your screen |
