So ive always insisted on guys using a condom for anal and oral but im thinking is there really a need to use on for oral?
I love to idea of oral (well anal as well but im not going there) without a condom but have never thought it safe.

We have looked into this pretty carefully and we can accept the much lower level of risk associated with oral. Anal and vaginal are always with a condom because there is a significant level of risk attached to them. |

Oral: low risk; not, no risk
Vaginal: could end up dead
Anal: gotta be kiddin'
Everything is risky; how much risk to take is individual choice and decision |

I always insist on condoms and safe sex if I am being penetrated. No glove , no love.
Oral is a different matter. I gave a guy a blow job once whilst he had a condom on & within a few minutes I told him to take it off as it didn't feel right and felt horrible. Plus I am a bit of a dirty girl and like to feel his cum hit the back of my throat when he orgasm's |

you are correct to think it is unsafe with an unknown partner; here are a few of the infections you can pick up very easily if your partner is infected;
.•chlamydia.
•herpes – type 1 and type 2, which can cause cold sores around the mouth and on the genitals or anus.
•genital warts.
•gonorrhoea.
•hepatitis A, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
•HIV.
•syphilis
.
good luck if anyone chooses to go without

Its just a simple matter of risk assessment and how much risk v reward you want to take. Pretty much like anything you do in life (assuming your thought process if anything like mine). And to a certain extent that risk level depends on the person and your knowledge of them.
Simply only do what you are comfortable with and level of risk your happy with. Never compromise your happiness and feeling of safety. |

I think most of us know that there is a risk with unprotected oral but i am not going to suck cock or make someone use a dental dam..

A quick Google search will tell you that you have a 0.04% of catching Hiv receiving anal sex from an unknown status gay male partner per encounter with a condom. The risk is between 0% and 0.04% giving oral with out a condom. So pretty much the same risk kinda.
Side note:
The risk increases by a factor 20 for receiving unprotected anal from a gay man of unknown status to 0.82% per encounter. |

I think the risk is greater to the 'suckee'
It is a moot point for me as I don't engage in oral sex; but I can bite it off; using a dental dam, ofcourse |

The clinic states a much higher rate for anal and vaginal sex risks compared to oral.
I do ask frequently x |

We're you comparing condom anal to unprotected oral. Stats show there is little difference. There is a huge difference if both unprotected obviously. |

There advise is obviously for the whole spectrum of stds. But it annoys me that many arent being offered it as I dont know anyone that uses comdoms for oral.. |
