That's because as people come online they move to the top of the list, so for example, you've been looking at page 1 for 5 minutes and then click for page 2, in that 5 minutes 10 people in the area your searching have come online and go to the top of the list effectively pushing everybody else down the list, so page 2 has a lot of the same profiles you just saw on page 1
