Just fit the correct ring size for you (to small and tight you'll be in pain) to big your nuts will slip out) fit the correct spacers to so it's tight and doesn't slide on the pin and nip. You can also buy a 'anti pull out device ' for these devices. Sleep with a pillow between your knees also.. it helps! You DO get used to it and accept your fate |

I'm VERY familiar with the cb6000 I'm locked in one virtually permanently the plastic cage was replaced with stainless... strong shower jet helps a lot with hygiene ... if used permanently you'll forget you have anything inside it! |

I have worn one for a long time, a month is my longest with no Cumming.
Its hard and you will have to play about with the rings and spacers lots.
You will also need to remove every few days to clean properly otherwise the smell... Specially with plastic devices gets bad.
With regards to fitment it shouldn't be too comfy or loose or you will regret it when you try and get hard......
It needs to be a good snug fit.
Once you get a good fit it is awesome though- takes horniness to a whole new level... Specially when you play and don't remove it

I love the cb6000s I have. Longest I've worn it without removing is 7 days. Longest chastity with short unlock periods for sport etc was 10 weeks.
I've tried a number of devices but would say the CB is still my fav. It took me about 3 weeks to get myself used to the morning erection that is prob the biggest hurdle. You can't stop it, but the body needs to get used to having the cage on whilst going through it. Some tips I have... Get up and walk around... Helps get the blood back out of the area... Go to a sink and poor a little cold water if it's really bad. Remember, morning wood is to help stop you peeing yourself  , so you'll want the loo soon as it settles. I'd also recommend adding a little baby oil around the main ring before bed (you'll notice when you clean it gets a build up that can 'stick' and pull on the skin painfully).
Plastic tags help replace the lock bulge if you find that annoying. I also found recently tight undies can help keep the cage from twisting etc during the day, but you do need to let the area 'breath' occasionally.
As others have said, cleaning regularly is needed. Most say weekly is a good regime if you have a key holder in person.

Depends on what your doing, what the device is made of.. and how discreet you want to be . I've seen in other forums that many do wear their devices.. but tend to use devices that generally small, metal or silicon for sports not involving direct contact.
I would be very careful about wearing the plastic CB models for contact sport... as i've heard stories of them splitting which takes all the fun away!

Tight underwear, wrapping an elastic band round the lock body, elastic band the lock onto the cage or getting a lock with a plastic casing are all ways to minimise/remove the noise. |

I hung my key on a piece of string so was in the centre of a four pint milk carton and froze it. Even running it under hot water takes an age.
I've just had a 12v digital timer arrive so combined with the electro magnetic door lock and a car battery I'm going to put the lot inside a strong box and choose a delay.
If the battery dies it effectively releases too. |
