Hi guys after a few pointers

We are looking @ holding a small gathering at our detached house

Ideally looking at 3-4 couples and a couple of single men & ladies

We are happy to provide nibbles small buffet etc , but knowing you we can trust is the main concern

Obviously we are only looking for people with verifications etc

Any advice welcomed

Write clear instructions for the sausage rolls and anything on sticks. You know it makes sense.

Reading

Try to talk on the phone with potential guests prior to the event.

Whilst some may still have things come up (it does happen) or no-show requesting to speak with people on the phone does out a lot of the phoneys early on.

yes good advice. Be careful and filter out those that you are not 100% happy with. Shame we are not closer to you.

Well, you know, 'Ealth and Safety. Folk can get carried away and you'd be surprised at the exceptions to home insurance policies these days.
