The Bournemouth road network doesnt deserve the term "network".
If you look on google maps with traffic overlay on it quite often these days it is a sea of red around Bournemouth and Christchurch and that can be at any time of day.
Rush hour now starts just after 7 am and quietens down a bit after 7pm some days.
Personally I try to avoid at all costs.
