"I'm thinking off getting one nipple pierced and have been told that its sore tender for approx 8 weeks is this right"
It will depend on how you individually heal, and how well you look after it as it does. When I had mine done, it was pretty much painless after a couple of weeks and completely healed within 4... others have said that it can take up to a year.

Had mine done years ago. The pain and rush was good if you are able to get in that zone of enjoying the pain.
Thinking of getting my tongue done as well as a Prince Albert. It's just the thought of no sex until healed. |

"Only going for one lol told it's gay to get both done "
Getting both done isn't gay or straight, it's just getting both nipples pierced
Got both done in the save visit. Because once you get one done you'll want the other done but the memory of the pain will put you off getting the second. |

Sugar ( fem)
I have one pierced, went to a very reputable guy,
had no pain ( after the initial 5 seconds of pain as the needle went through).
Tender yes, but no pain and it healed within weeks, best thing I ever did. I love it.
my advice is.... go to the best you can find, not just the cheapest

Had my right nipple pierced 8 years ago. One of the best decisions ever. I like how it looks and that nipple is more sensitive than the unpierced left.
In my case I barely noticed to be honest. I wore a plaster over it for a few hours as directed by the piercer, and bathed it in saline solution for the first two weeks twice a day. I still keep it clean.
After a couple of days it was barely noticeable unless I banged it on something. After a week it was ready for light play, completely healed after 6-8 weeks I would say. The nipple is classed as a "deep wound" so does take time to fully heal but it never got in the way of normal life. I was at a film festival two hours after having the piercing done, at work (where I am very active) a day and a half later.
But mileage varies. Before I had mine, I asked friends (male and female) who had pierced nipples. Some had similar stories to mine while others reported lots of pain and the piercing never healing adequately. And one couldn't remember as he was too d*unk (NOT recommended) |
