Long time listener first time caller (profile advice)

Good afternoon forum peeps..
Im looking for some advice / direction, having been on the scene on and off for over 20 years I am far from a noob, but my most recent revival seems a little dry... while im not blanket mailing every single female in a 100 mile radius (i know this happens) ive tried to pick ladies i would really like to connect with, some are reading my messages and looking at my profile but as yet no replies, not even one 
I haveva reification from a couple that ive played with many times before and as couple, but im looking for some solo friends...
Is the M to F ratio that bad in the deep south west of the uk that statistics will prevent any replies or am i making a gash of my profile text / pics??
Any help / constructive criticism welcome.

10yrs i didnt awaken till allong timeafter 19.. 
Clubs ive found clicky so not really got a huge experience there but have visited also did swingfields last year and looking forward to this. . Ill add this to the re-write.

I am never impressed by profiles stating what people have said about you. I always think, "And what about the negatives?" Call me a cynic. |

I would of also suggest clubs but sadly where you are they are a little lacking.
although from my experience of club not really found the clicky side of it, just ask the hosts to show you around and possibly introduce you.

So I've done a full re-write with something that reflects myself a little more accurately.
Yes I need some fresh photos, current ones are a mix of new and very slightly older, just need to find someone to take them - selfies are not great I guessing?
If you have 5 mins to precis my fresh text I would really appreciate it.. TIA |

possibly the last m to f ratio part could come across as very slightly whingy.

Good point, i do trim and am trimmed now, out of interest is it important to reflect my personal likes (trimmed) in my own styling?
More recent (read fresh) pictures asap
