We're kinda new here...anyway we've had quite a few people message for a bit then asking for face pics only when we go to reply they've deleted their profile after we've sent them?
Is this common because im getting paranoid.. |

If you're concerned it might be an idea to save sending a face picture until you know you're going to meet. That's what we do.  . Also only ever have face pictures that you wouldn't mind your mother seeing i.e. clothed and use the facility to delete the picture after the message has been read. If you can't do that deleting it from your gallery will remove it their end too (you can always upload it again after).

I'm waking up thinking we're going to be in some news article...paranoid i know but like i said new to all this,thanks for the advice will delete the face pictures we have. |

Most people wont chat without seeing a pic, you really just need to go with your gut instict if you think they are genuine or not, they couldve left for genuine reasons i wouldnt worry about it to much |

It probably is just paranoia.
It's happened to us before and as far as I know our mug shots aren't on Sky 24 hour news  .
When we were new we sent a guy a picture of me (Mrs N ) that was provocative for want of a better word without obscuring my face. After several conversations we decided he wasn't for us and he turned really nasty. It was just idle threats but we learned a lesson.
People delete their account for loads of reasons and some accounts are deleted by admin. You'll be fine

We didn't send face pics following us being outed by someone from another site.
Fortunately said outing led to us being approached by a couple who organise our local party scene so something incredibly good came out of it.
That said,should we go back to meeting people from here we still wouldn't send, or ask for face pics.
Face time would come when we met for the social, unless of course they don't show for that, then you've ed out another photo collector / time waster. |
